Concepts are like the base on which the building stands. Some of the concepts which we learn in our initial days remain relevant throughout, no matter how far we reach in our lives, and some are relevant only for specific situations.
The physics of walking 👣 that we have learned in our childhood is the basis for running, jumping, sprinting, etc., and will be relevant throughout our lives. The concept of walking, which seems usual to us, has a life-building impact on our lives.
Likewise, we have some concepts which are the basis for building entrepreneurship and are relevant for entrepreneurs throughout their journey of building and sustaining their entrepreneurship.
In this article, we are going to disclose the concepts which will not only form the basis but are always relevant for the journey of building entrepreneurship.
Waiting
Waiting is the most shitty strategy, do it now.
If you do it now, you will either fail or succeed in the task, but waiting for things to get perfect will lead you nowhere.
If you try, the worst that can happen is you will fail, so move on from it with experience, and the best would be, you will succeed, so enjoy it and keep on growing.
Always remember, waiting is a fear which gets support from the quality of being perfect in your mind.
Continuity
Increases your credibility.
When you start learning something new, initially, things will get worst before getting best, because, in the initial days, you are just clueless about the skills so you will keep on thinking if you are doing correctly.
So, before going uphill, things will first move downhill.
Continuous efforts generate familiarity, and will lead your learning curve towards the uphill and will keep on improving.
Building your Frames
Association with famous personalities is a way of growing, not only concerning the business but also as an entrepreneur.
Even a single collaboration with a known figure of the audience is enough for opening the doors to other famous personalities.
"One is enough to breed many."
You can ask them for an interview or invite them to your podcast, and at the end, you can ask them to share their experience with you in that interview or podcast.
"To he who has, more shall we give."
Their only ten seconds, for sharing their experience, will open many other doors for you.
Importance of Building your Frame
People need to have a frame to understand you, they do not understand your projects.
They will always understand you through the lens of other people.
They do not remember your stories, they get attached to your emotions.
People should get the perspective that you know what you are doing through the frames you have set up.
Perfectionism
A perfectionist is someone who waits, thinks, and does internal planning a lot.
Hole marks of perfectionists
They will always ask you for more time.
They will rarely show any output.
They have ideas, but they will not do much about it, and they will keep on asking for more time just to refine, think it over, and plan it.
Whenever you ask them to show up their outputs, they will get frustrated and will rarely have anything to show.
Perceptions
The theory is basically a frame of filter through which you process the world.
The theory of perfectionists is that they will get into their cave and will discover something to launch in a launcher, which is totally wrong.
The correct theory is to launch first, get the feedback for it, improve it, and again launch it, keep on improving and launching.
School is the most damaging thing which promotes perfectionism, school is a virtual bubble. If you fail, you get scolded, have to attend remedial classes, deal with the disappointment of yourself and the people around you, etc.
School teaches us that failure is not acceptable, you will be punished if you fail, a failure has no future. So, get out of the virtual bubble created around you by your schools, you will succeed by failing and learning through it.
The Four P's
Proof
Purpose
Personality
Pains
How to apply the 4 P's
Values
Value comes first, with your value you are everything, and without value you are nothing.
Your value can change the perspective of people considering you as a hobo to hey, I want to meet this person.
Difference Between Proof & Credibility
Proof - Other people listened to you and got results, which is proof of your effective services.
Credibility - There is evidence and support for what you are doing, how many degrees you have, how many years of experience you have, how many people you have helped, etc.
Concept of PCS
'P' stands for Proof.
'C' stands for Credibility
'S' stands for a story.
The proof is going to the doctor and just ensuring if he or she has treated anyone before for the same disease you have before fixing your appointment, that's all.
Credibility is going to the doctor and before fixing your appointment do the inquiry that for how many years he or she has been working in this profession, how many people he or she has treated till date, how many degrees the doctor has, etc.
How to apply PCS
Hi, I am XYZ from the marketing background ...
Hi, it is a pleasure meeting you, let me give you my introduction so that you can know me better ...I will read out my credentials to you...
Conclusion
Waiting is a sign of fear, and continuity is the signal of success. Perfectionism is a virtual bubble that gives encouragement for waiting, waiting for the right time, which eventually never comes.
Building your proper frame builds your authenticity. A proper frame can be built by following the 4 p's and PCS. Build your introduction as a chance to show your leadership quality, and take the lead by introducing you to the proper frame.
Do not tell your story until you stack proof and credibility for it, otherwise, you will consider a sad person with a sad story.
